Intranasal Drug Delivery (Systemic)
ZTECH-L™ and ZTECH-P™ delivery systems are designed for non-invasive systemic delivery of drugs, biopharmaceuticals, biologics or botanicals via the nasal route. Intranasal delivery applications include pain management, migraine crisis, hormone replacement, seizures, anaphylaxis, emesis, anxiety & depression, hypoglycemia & diabetes, cannabinoids, proteins & peptides, vaccines, anti-virals and biomedical countermeasures.
ZTECH-L™ and ZTECH-P™ intranasal drug delivery systems employ a patient-centric design to facilitate self-administration, ease of use and consistent precise delivery. ZTECH-L™ nasal delivery systems are designed for aqueous or non-aqueous liquid formulations and can be configured to dispense a targeted dose ranging from 20 µL to 110 µL per dose. ZTECH-P™ nasal delivery systems can be configured for powder delivery, or to auto-reconstitute a dry powder formulation to a liquid, or auto-combine two separately packaged liquid formulations at the time of dosing by the patient or caregiver. ZTECH-L™ and ZTECH-P™ nasal delivery systems are available in mono-dose disposable, mono-dose cartridge reloadable and multi-dose dispenser configurations.

The CygnusSDX is a single dose, disposable, precision metered dose nasal dispenser for powder formulations. The device is ultra-compact and is configured for immediate emergency use by the patient, caregive or first responder.
